By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Services.

Because we provide insurance and financial products, certain of our information practices are also governed by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and applicable Texas Insurance Code privacy provisions. Where those laws apply, they supplement this policy.

Important SMS Data Exclusion

No mobile information, text-messaging opt-in data, or consent will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. All of the data-sharing categories described above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties. Information may only be shared with subcontractors strictly in support of the messaging service itself (for example, our SMS platform provider), and never for their independent marketing.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Program

This section describes our text messaging (SMS) program and the terms that govern it. By opting in, you agree to the practices described here.

Program description. When you provide your mobile number and consent, Klever Coverage may send you text messages (from (817) 819-8196) related to our insurance services, including quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, policy and account notifications, document requests, payment and renewal reminders, claims-related updates, and customer support.

How we obtain your consent. We collect your express consent to receive text messages in two ways:

  1. Online form — When you submit your phone number through a form on www.klevercoverage.com that includes a clearly labeled consent disclosure and a checkbox or equivalent affirmative action indicating you agree to receive text messages from Klever Coverage. Consent is always optional and is never a condition of receiving a quote or purchasing insurance.
  2. Verbally — When you provide your mobile number and verbally agree to receive text messages during a phone call or in-person conversation with a Klever Coverage representative. We maintain records of when and how verbal consent was obtained.

Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us (for example, your stage in the quoting process or your servicing needs). You may receive recurring messages.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Klever Coverage is not responsible for charges assessed by your wireless carrier.

Opt-out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send you any further text messages unless you opt in again. You may also contact us using the information in Section 12 to be removed.

Help. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at hello@klevercoverage.com or (817) 719-1416.

Carriers. Carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility. You must be 18 years or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number to opt in.

TCPA and compliance. Our messaging program is operated in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and applicable carrier (A2P 10DLC) requirements.
